One of our most important sources to generate energy and vitality for our everyday life is our food. Therefore, it is our aim to provide you with food with the most energy possible.
To assure that all products are as fresh and natural as possible, we prefer locally grown products from organic farmers and suppliers.
All these high-quality products are then carefully turned into fresh Mediterranean dishes. To guarantee the optimal energy and vitality of our meals, all dishes are prepared directly on an open flame without the usage of microwave ovens or induction heat.

At the official hotel opening on June 23, 2007 our hotel was awarded the “Grüne Haube” for high quality, special, organic and close-to-nature gourmet cuisine.

You can enjoy our fresh Larimar-cuisine the whole day. After beginning your day with the delicious and rich Vitality Buffet Breakfast, you can enjoy the Larimar Vitality Lunch Snack and complete your culinary day with our excellent five-course dinner.

In summer you can have your breakfast on the sunny morning terrace with a beautiful view on a beautiful evening we can serve your dinner in the inner court.
