Award-winning cuisine and wine in May
Gourmet chefs, exquisite menus and wines from top-notch winemakers: this is what all epicures and wine lovers can experience in the spring month May in the Hotel & Spa Larimar. Larimar guests and also gourmets from the region will have the chance to get spoiled with first-class delights by special guest gourmet chefs. To accompany the menus, first-rate wines from top winemakers’ vineyards in Austria will be served.
Every evening a new experience
As a prelude to every gourmet evening you will enjoy an aperitif together with the chefs at 5:30 pm. You can have a look into the show kitchen where the menu of the evening is presented to you. Also, take the chance to look over our chefs’ shoulders where you can discover one or the other of the chefs’ kitchen secrets. At about 6:00 pm you will take your seats in the Larimar Restaurant where the first of six courses with an ideally paired wine will be served.
When the gourmet dinner is over you can let the evening fade out with one or the other wine from the Larimar vinothek and meet the winemakers in person. Learn interesting things about the work of the winemakers in their yards and cellars and the particularities of the different wine regions.
Kitchen experts at work
Our guest chefs cook their menus together with the well coordinated team round the Larimar chef de cuisine Reinhard Puchmayer. Since 2007 the Larimar gourmet and vitality cuisine is awarded with the “Grüne Haube”.
