Prepared only over an open flame, the dishes of the Larimar gourmet kitschen are served with their full natural energy. In 2007 the Hotel Larimar was awarded, as the only hotel in the Burgenland so far, the „green hood“ by the Styria Vitalis association for its outstanding, organic and vital cuisine.
Regionality and seasonality are a matter of course for the selection of high-quality, and mainly organic food from producers in the region. With this „Yes“ to sustainability we not only ensure short transportation ways, environment protection and the preservation of rural and regional structures but also healthier, fresher and tastier meals for our guests.
